
Returns and Refunds
At Khattri Sons India, we prioritize 100% customer satisfaction and offer a structured return policy to ensure a seamless experience. Please review the following guidelines before initiating a return.
1. Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within one week of receiving the shipment.

Returned items must be intact and in their original condition to qualify for a refund (excluding shipping charges and restocking fees).

Returns must be received at our facility within 15 business days to be eligible for a refund.

Non-returnable & Non-refundable Items:

Sample products, final sale, or liquidation items.

Bulk drum orders of 10kg, 20kg, 180kg, or more.

📌 For buyers unfamiliar with our products, we strongly recommend ordering a sample first to verify quality before making a bulk purchase.
🚨 International Returns: In India, returned goods are considered imports and subject to 40% duties on CIF value. Buyers should evaluate small samples before purchasing in large quantities. However, we value our customers' trust and will do everything possible to ensure satisfaction.
2. Restocking Fee for Subjective Returns

If there is no mistake from our end, returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or a minimum of $10, whichever is greater.
3. Order Errors & Replacements

If an error has been made on a written order, we will cover the cost of reshipment.

Errors due to verbal orders will be the customer’s responsibility, and they must cover the return shipping cost. We recommend submitting all orders in writing to avoid miscommunication.
4. Return Shipment Instructions

All returns must be shipped to our India warehouse for assessment.

Clearly label all return shipments with "Goods Returning to Manufacturer/Exporter" to avoid unnecessary customs or brokerage fees.

Shipping Methods:

International returns: Use EMS (Express Mail Service) or any standard ground postal service.

U.S. returns: Use USPS (United States Postal Service).

🚫 Returns via other shipping carriers may incur customs duties, which will be the customer’s responsibility.

5. Condition of Returned Items

Products must be in saleable condition—partially used items will not be credited.

If returned items are damaged or not received, we will not issue a refund or credit.
6. Returns Due to Quality Issues

Refunds or credits for quality-related returns will be processed only after a quality control inspection in accordance with our ISO 9001:2008 standards.

If the returned product fails to meet our quality criteria, return shipping costs will be refunded.
7. Low-Value Returns

If the value of a returned item is $5 or less, a credit will be applied to the customer’s account—no refunds or replacements will be issued.
8. Processing Time for Refunds or Credits

Returns may take up to one month to process, depending on the volume of requests.

Once a credit memo is issued via email, refunds can take 8-10 business days to reflect in your financial statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
