Delivery Time:

• Domestic (Within India): 1 to 10days

• International (Outside India): 10 to 30 days

 
Shipping Information

1. Shipping Partners:

   • Our default shipping carriers are DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

2. Shipping Charges & Estimates:

   • We pass on our discounted shipping rates directly to our customers without markup.

   • Online shipping costs are estimated using an integrated shipping module based on weight and volume.

   • Final shipping costs may vary. If adjustments are required, we will contact you for approval before processing your order.

3. Shipping Origin:

   • All orders are shipped from our warehouse in India.

   • We do not have distributors or third-party fulfillment centers.

   • Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties and brokerage fees for expedited or non-standard shipping arrangements.

4. Insurance & Liability:

   • Khattri Sons is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays in shipment.

   • If you require additional shipping insurance, please notify us in advance. Otherwise, all orders are shipped without insurance.

5. Delivery Signatures:

   • We do not require signatures for deliveries by default.

6. Alternative Shipping Methods:

   • Customers may choose to arrange their own shipping using:

     • Their own courier service.

     • Their own shipping account.

     • A third party shipping facilitator.

   • If a customer chooses non-standard shipping, they must sign a waiver releasing Khattri Sons from any responsibility for shipping-related issues.

   • If we receive a shipping-related invoice under these conditions, we are authorized to process the customer’s credit card for payment.

7. Shipping Invoice & Payments:

   • For any payment-related transactions, a copy of the invoice will be forwarded along with the receipt.

8. Back Orders:

   • While rare, back-ordered items are not automatically shipped once in stock. Standard ordering policies will apply.

9. Worldwide Shipping:

   • We now offer global shipping to most destinations.
